Fees and Scheduling:

We are in network with most insurance plans and will file with your insurance on your behalf. You are responsible for the deductible, co-pay or co-insurance at the time services are rendered.

Payment is expected at the time of service for all clinicians at Counseling for Life. All patients are required to have a valid credit card on file which will be charged accordingly.

A missed appointment without 24 hours' notice will result in a $100 missed appointment fee.

Counselors

Fees and Scheduling with an LPC-A, LPC or LPC-S

*We offer a 35% discount off the below rates for our patients who self-pay with no insurance or who choose not to have us file their insurance.

Initial Psychiatric Diagnostic Evaluation:
A comprehensive psychiatric evaluation including patient history, mental status exam, and diagnostic evaluation.
$210 ($137 with self-pay discount)

Psychotherapy Sessions:

60 minutes - $190 ($124 with self-pay discount)

45-minutes- $142 ($93 with self-pay discount)

30-minutes- $95 ($62 with self-pay discount)

After hours or consultation work:

$125/hour, billed by the minute
Phone calls, reports, consultation, or any other needs outside the scheduled session.
